It’s about things I want it to be about. So, nerdy things, book things, cat things, book things, fantasy things, movie things.
Some of my favorite books are The Wheel of Time series by the late, great Robert Jordan, A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin, His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman, The Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks, Tigana by Guy Gavriel Kay, the Nightrunner series by Lynn Flewelling, The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri, and the Valdemar books of Mercedes Lackey. Occasionally, however, I will read books from various other genres, especially if they have been/are being adapted into a movie; for example, some of my most favoritest books of all time are Choke by Chuck Palahniuk and Chocolat by Joanne Harris (not so fond of the movie, in spite of the presence of Johnny Depp).
Formerly a book review blog, but I didn’t enjoy that enough.
